Table reservations can be made from November, only through the office of Festhalle Schottenhamel OHG, Uhlandstr.3, D - 80336 Munich, tel. +49 (0)89-54469310 / fax +49 (0)89-54469319, or from 3 weeks prior to the Oktoberfest, in the marquee: tel. +49 (0)89-50077372 ./. fax +49 (0)89-50077382. For all reservations, the purchase of vouchers for 2 litres of beer and a ½ chicken is obligatory. The prices can be requested from our city office from May. We generally allow the Euro value of the vouchers to be applied to all food/drinks on our menu. Please note the exception that on the last three days of the Oktoberfest, chicken vouchers are only valid for chickens. The vouchers for minimum consumption must be purchased at the latest by 2 weeks prior to the Oktoberfest. Sale takes place in the office in the Schottenhamel marquee on the Theresienwiese. If payment has not been made by then, the reserved places will be released. Posting of the vouchers (only outside of Munich) is only possible until September 10th. After this date, the vouchers must be collected from our office or from the marquee on the date of the reservation. For the posting of vouchers, we take the liberty of charging a fee of EUR 10.-. Payment can be made in cash or with an EC card and an official photo ID. Please note that we do not accept credit cards. A handover of the vouchers against a delivery receipt is not possible. A cancellation or reduction of the reservation is possible free of charge until 2 weeks in advance, but must be in written form. With cancellations/reductions after that time, we must charge a cancellation fee of € 15.- per table. With the reservations, we will try to fulfil your placement requests; however we can not provide a guarantee for particular marquee areas or tables. The reservations are only valid for the purchaser and his/her guests. A transfer to third parties requires the written approval of "Festhalle Schottenhamel OHG". The reserved places are to be entirely taken at the confirmed time. In the event of late arrival, a claim to the places no longer exists, despite the purchase of vouchers. The unused places must be released. The claim to the places is forfeited when the table is completely vacated, even if the reservation time has not yet expired. The purchased vouchers are only valid for the duration of the respective Oktoberfest. A reimbursement of remaining voucher balances or unredeemed vouchers is not possible. In the event that, during the reservation period, an operation of the marquee should be entirely or partly impossible due to official regulations, security aspects, force majeure or other good cause, the vouchers purchased on the occasion of the reservation will be reimbursed upon return. Any further claims against Festhalle Schottenhamel OHG or the Oktoberfest landlords are excluded in this case. Furthermore, the additional terms and conditions printed on your invoice/confirmation apply. Place of jurisdiction is Munich.
